Manzil1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account on Manzil ("we", "us", "the App") or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Manzil.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Manzil. By using the App you represent that you are 18+, can form a legally binding contract, and are not barred from using the service under applicable law.
3. Your account
- One person, one account. Duplicate or fake accounts will be removed.
- Provide accurate information. Profiles found to misrepresent identity, age, marital status, or photos will be removed.
- Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
By using Manzil you agree NOT to:
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or violates the rights of others.
- Solicit money, gifts, or favours from other users.
- Engage in prostitution, escort services, or any commercial sexual activity.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or commercial promotions.
- Use Manzil to defraud, scam, or commit identity theft.
- Use bots, scripts, or scrapers on the App.
- Misrepresent your age — particularly, no users under 18 are permitted.
5. Premium subscriptions
Manzil offers monthly, 3-month and 6-month premium subscription plans through the Google Play Store (and the Apple App Store, when available). By purchasing a subscription:
- Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
- Refunds are governed by the Google Play and App Store refund policies — not by Manzil directly.
- In-app purchases (such as Super Likes and call-minute packs) are consumed once delivered and are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Content licence
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Manzil (photos, bio, messages). By uploading, you grant Manzil a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, host, store, display and distribute that content solely to operate, promote and improve the service. This licence ends when you delete your content or your account, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, our community standards, or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Manzil Account.
8. Safety disclaimer
Manzil verifies profiles before they go live, but we cannot guarantee the identity, conduct or background of any user. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with other users on or off Manzil. Always meet in public, share your plans with a friend, and never send money to people you have not met in person.
9. Disclaimers
Manzil is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and freedom from defects.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manzil's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Manzil in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹5,000.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will reflect material changes by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where required, by notifying you in-app.
